Alisa Berger Film is the independent production company of filmmaker and artist Alisa Berger. Since her first self-initiated project at the age of 19, she has been producing and realizing films, installations, and hybrid works, situated between art, film, and performance, often at the intersections of documentary and fiction.

After co-founding the international production company FORTIS FEM FILM, where Alisa is committed to amplifying female perspectives in the film industry, she opened her own company. Her own productions have always been self-initiated — artistically radical, political, often experimental, yet created with an international audience in mind. Film projects by Alisa Berger Filmproduction have often been co-produced with FORTIS FEM FILM, Le Fresnoy – Studio national des arts contemporains, and the Academy of Media Arts Cologne (KHM). Her films have been presented at Berlinale Forum Expanded, IDFA, Hot Docs, CPH:DOX, Sitges, and many other international festivals, receiving numerous awards
